A new-build house with no character, therefore, the clients wanted to inject missing character while creating interesting spaces in what had been a boxy new build house layout.
Converting the former integrated garage into the existing living room introducing a bespoke focal fireplace with a polished concrete heart and mirrored hearth. Painted timber floor boards and vintage style wallpaper.
Painted panelling was introduced into the master bedroom, a perfect feature back drop.

A refurbishment and extension to a mid terrace house in Cardiff. A couple who needed the house to suit their social and work life. The house was tired, unloved and not fir for purpose. Key design features aloud the couple to socialist and also provide space for working from home.
