The project started as a small feasibility with the aim to reconfigure the ground
floor of an existing terraced house, which progressed on to a full planning
application.

 

A ground floor kitchen extension was designed to accommodate the homeowner’s requirement and lifestyle.

 

A contemporary kitchen/ dinging
space, large crittle style glazed doors which create a focal point and framed
views toward the garden.

 

The brick and zinc cladding extension reducing in scale on one side, minimises the massing and allows the neighbouring property to retain privacy and minimise what could have been an imposing façade.
